Through specialty work in the local foreclosure market, Jan has become highly skilled in valuation, providing market and property evaluations for banks, mortgage lenders, and relocation companies. Jan also assists local and out of state investors in acquisition, renovation, and resale; and rental strategy.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Agent and a native Nashvillian, Jan streamlines the buying process and makes navigating the search for the perfect home easy for local buyers and for relocating to the area.

Jan and her husband, Tony, live in Franklin with their three daughters – Sullivan, Bronwyn and Maren, and their Old English Sheepdog, Greta Garbo.
